I work as a Leasehold Officer within the Leasehold Services Department of The Gateshead Housing Company (TGHC). Leasehold Services act as “Managing Agents” on behalf of Gateshead Council providing a variety of services to Leaseholders. Within my role I am responsible for dealing with enquiries in relation to invoices, transfer of leasehold properties, arrears collection and the co-ordination of the production of the quarterly repairs and maintenance statements. I started work for The Gateshead Housing Company in July 2005 after previously working for a private company in the accounts department.

This enabled me to further my career development within the Company. The things I enjoy most about working for the Company are the variety of tasks within my role and working for a company that continually strives to provide an ever improving quality of service to it’s customers.
