As a Radiographer in Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust, my prime role is to undertake a range of X-ray examinations for patients from both in patients, out patients, A&E patients and patients referred by their GP. My work includes general radiography, theatre radiography, CT scanning and accident and emergency work. It gives me great satisfaction to work in a multi-disciplinary team and to assist patients’ recover to the best of their potential.

I have been a radiographer for 18 years and a have worked in both private and public services before joining this Trust 5 years ago.
