I have worked as a Senior Clerk within the Customer Service Unit of Gateshead Council since May 2006. The service went live in June 2006 and the aim of the department is to provide an excellent Customer Service to the residents of Gateshead and deal with as many enquiries at their first point of contact. Within my role I am responsible for providing administrative support across the Service. I began working for the Council in September 2003 as a support assistant in Review & Support for Development & Enterprise.
