Mentoring
Have you ever thought of acting as a mentor? Supporting other managers in the workplace perhaps new to your organization or someone who is at a crossroads in their career.
Alternatively is this a good time for you to be a mentee?
To have the opportunity to meet with an independent mentor who could provide workplace support and advice?
This PSA collaborative mentoring venture will act as a ‘matchmaker’ to interested employees. Putting you in touch with a mentor/mentee that complements your profile.
