Module One- Delivering Change and Improvement
Background of Module- using a range of large group methods including -“World Cafe” , participants will :
• Map the context in which they operate, challenges and opportunities
• Clarify what they, and their organisations want to get out of the program
• Identify their strengths and areas for development as a change agent
• Apply the key principles of change and improvement to real life service delivery issues and their projects

Module Two- Diagnostics and Interventions
Dates: 30th April to 2nd May 2008 Duration: 3 days

On this module participants will:
• Use a range of tools and techniques to audit organisational /multiagency health and performance and identify priorities for change.
